Power Yoga

Build strength, increase stamina, and energize your body through this moderately paced Vinyasa-style class. Power Yoga offers the opportunity to explore playful challenges like arm balances and inversions, while enhancing your cardio endurance, flexibility, and mental focus. With options to adjust each movement, this practice supports both curiosity and growth in your yoga journey.

Healing Yoga by Candlelight

This gentle, candlelit class is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Combining flowing movement, restful poses, meditation, and Reiki, the experience is designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance. Whether you're seeking relaxation, healing, or simply time to reflect, this class offers a peaceful space to unwind and nourish your whole being.

90 Minute Class - $30

Saturday Mixed Level Yoga Series

This flowing class teaches you how to link breath to movement. Building on the foundations of Vinyasa yoga, you will learn basic poses and how they can flow together to build heat from within the body. Then move into a few Yin poses to create grounding and deeper stretches. Nice blend of basics! No experience needed.

$90 for all 6 classes in series, $20 drop-in or use 10-class package if there's available space.
